We provide professional laundry, dry cleaning, steam ironing, and home cleaning services (including shoe, sofa, and carpet cleaning) to customers in and around Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh.

2. Booking & Pick-up

  • Orders can be placed via WhatsApp, phone call, or in person.

  • Pickup and delivery timings are mutually scheduled and may vary based on availability.

  • We may cancel or reschedule pickups in case of operational issues or extreme weather.

3. Garment Handling

  • Clothes are handled with professional-grade detergents and machines.

  • We follow garment care labels, but are not liable for:

    • Pre-existing damage or color bleeding

    • Items with missing/wrong care instructions

    • Natural wear & tear or manufacturing defects

4. Turnaround Time

  • Standard delivery is within 24–48 hours (varies by service type).

  • Express delivery available at extra charges (subject to slot availability).

  • Delays may occur due to uncontrollable events (e.g., holidays, heavy rains).

5. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Final charges depend on actual weight, fabric, and cleaning type.

  • Payment must be made online or at delivery, via UPI, card, wallet, or cash.

6. Refund & Claims Policy

  • Refunds are provided only in case of service failure, verified damage, or lost items.

  • Any complaints must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

7. WhatsApp Communication

  • By booking or messaging us, you consent to receive service updates, invoices, and promotional messages via WhatsApp.

  • You can opt out of promotional messages anytime by replying “STOP”.

8. Intellectual Property

All content (text, images, logos, service descriptions) on this website is owned by UClean Select Bilaspur or its parent brand and may not be copied without permission.
